Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa, through Bob Go.

What it costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises at the end.

This applies to Refill Subscription deliveries too: delivery is charged on each one.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 2–5 working days to main centres and 3–7 working days to outlying areas.

Orders placed after 12pm, or over a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next working day.

Collection points

Bob Go offers lockers and collection points as well as door-to-door, and they’re often cheaper. You’ll see the options at checkout.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived within the window above, check the tracking first, then email us and we’ll chase it.

Getting your address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel goes to a wrong address you gave us, we’ll do what we can, but we can’t refund it.

If you need to change an address after ordering, email us straight away — we can usually catch it before it ships.

Refill Subscription deliveries

Your box ships within two working days of each payment, to the address on your account. You can change that address any time from your account; it applies from the next delivery.

If something goes wrong

Damaged on arrival: photograph it and email us within 48 hours. Not delivered: check the tracking, then email us. Delays outside our control — courier backlogs, weather, load shedding — we’ll keep you posted, but we can’t be held liable for them.
